Audio Volunteers Needed!

If you are an audio operator, we need you! Audio Operators needed for Youth Rallies and a team of technicians to supervise Seminar Audio needs.  Especially needed is an Audio Manager to oversee audio during the whole weekend.

This year we have new challanges being in a new multi venue location, and a large team to manage. Over 40,000 people attend Missions Fest during the weekend, each being challenged about being involved in missions. Last year we have over 1500 youth respond personally to the message of Chirst!

Come and be part of the team : our volunteers simply keep coming back each year because it is worthwhile and fun weekend. But as we grow each year, we need more and more volunteers. Will you be one?

Seminar Suggestions for next year!

Date: 21/08/2009

Subject: PHP and more Web2 Tools

This year I hope to help churches build a web site in a day! A web site that non-tech people can update.

Next year I hope to let someone else take the basic web development seminars so that I can teach PHP and demonstrate more Web2 Technologies. I have seen these tools help churches with administration and their communication and administration needs. It would be great to get into using PHP frameworks and CMS systems like Joomla and Drupal. I would also like to demonstrate more Web2 Technologies such as Google Docs and online Databases and Spreadsheets.
